Once an order is successfully placed, no modifications can be made to the product details. Requests to change the product, size, color, or style through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or any other communication channel will not be accepted. Customers are requested to carefully review and confirm all selections before completing the purchase.
In case an incorrect item is ordered, the request will be handled strictly as per our Exchange Policy.
Shipping Policy
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 99 will be applied at checkout.
- COD shipping fee of ₹199 is non‑refundable once the order has been dispatched.
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on logistics and external conditions. For urgent requirements, we suggest contacting DTDC directly. Tracking details will be shared on WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
- Customised orders may take an additional 2-4 days for shipping once alteration charges are paid.

- If exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid to confirm the exchange request. If the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded as a credit note, which can be used within 30 days. Cash on Delivery is not available for exchange orders.
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the delivery company. However, if you bring your concern to our notice, we will register a complaint against the tracking ID
