Refund & Cancellation Policy:

There is NO Refund or Cancellation once payment is done. Please be sure before you place your order.

Partial COD Payment Policy:

Please note that any partial payments made towards Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations where the remaining balance is not paid or the order is not accepted at the time of delivery.

We request all customers to ensure they are ready to pay the full COD amount upon delivery. Refusal to pay the remaining amount or accept the parcel will result in forfeiture of the partial payment made.

By placing a COD order with partial payment, you agree to this policy.


Exchange Policy:

We accept Exchange only if the garment you received is defective or a wrong product is sent to you. 

Facing size issue? If your concern is genuine, we may consider SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY.

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised on the same day of receiving the order.
  • 
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted. It has to pass our internal quality check to qualify for exchange.
  • Self-shipping : We do not have pick up service available, you would have to self-ship the product at your own cost. 
  • Size Exchange : Only size exchanges are accepted; but If the desired size is unavailable, you may select any other product within 30 days from the date of exchange request. If exchanging for an item of higher value, extra amount must be paid to confirm the exchange request; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note which can be used within 30 days. NO REFUND will be provided. Cash on delivery is not available for exchange orders.
  • Defective Product : If you claim the product to be defective, opening video is a must. Contact us immediately on the number given in our profile with your Order ID and the video.
  • Restrictions: Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. 

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for the following items:

  • White-colored products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Premium collection is not eligible for exchange
  • Clearance or sale items (with more than a 25% discount)

Non - refundable :

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

We do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. We meticulously inspect each item three times for international orders to ensure the highest quality. We guarantee that every garment will be free of defects.
