At Muchlove, we ensure you have all the information you need with detailed product descriptions so you can shop with confidence. Every order is double-checked and sent out in perfect condition—because you deserve nothing but the best!
While we don’t accept returns or refunds at the moment, we are happy to assist you with size-related exchanges to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are offered exclusively for domestic orders only. To qualify:
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Important Exchange Guidelines
1. Accurate Details Provided:
Each product listing includes detailed descriptions for fit, color, fabric, and care instructions. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences. Exchanges for preferences like color tone, fabric feel, or material quality will not be considered.
2. Applicable Only for Website Orders:
Exchanges apply to purchases made through our official website, www.muchlove.com.
3. Not Eligible for International Orders:
At present, we do not process exchanges for orders shipped outside India.
How to Request an Exchange
If your request meets the above eligibility criteria, follow these simple steps:
1. *Submit a Request:
Complete the exchange form by clicking [here] within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Ship the Product:
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with our return address. Send the product(s) back using a reliable courier service and share the AWB number, courier name, and proof of dispatch with us.
Note: Muchlove will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Inspection & Replacement:
After we receive the product(s), our quality team will inspect them. Upon approval, we will dispatch the replacement within 7-10 business days.
One-Time Exchange Policy: Only one exchange request per order will be accepted.
5. If the Desired Size Is Unavailable:
In case the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a *credit voucher* equivalent to the product’s value. This voucher will be valid for *90 days*.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations:
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. To process this:
- Share an unboxing video and images of the damaged product upon delivery.
- Without this evidence, we cannot process a replacement.
When Requests Are Declined
We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund request if:
- The product shows signs of use, stains, or damage.
- Accessories like belts or buttons included in the order are missing.
- The item is returned without original packaging or tags.
